Over on French streaming service <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/get-music-on-deezer\/\">Deezer <\/a>the most-played track, artist and albums of 2022 have just been revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform\u2019s Deezer Awards are colloquially referred to as Deezer Wrapped due to the overwhelming popularity of Spotify\u2019s end of year <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/use-spotify-wrapped-for-artist-growth-on-spotify\/\">Wrapped <\/a>recap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deezer have sneaked in just before <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/can-i-upload-my-music-to-spotify-yes-and-its-free\/\">Spotify <\/a>with their year round up \u2013 and My Deezer Year, where you can see your own most-streamed tracks of 2022, is soon to be launched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Most popular music on Deezer in 2022<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"680\" height=\"680\" src=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/deezer-awards-biggest-artists-on-deezer-wrapped.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-94179 lazyload\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The most-streamed track of 2022 on Deezer was <strong>\u201cAs It Was\u201d by Harry Styles<\/strong>, and the most-streamed artist was <strong>The Weeknd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The biggest album of the year was revealed to be <strong>Bad Bunny&#8217;s <em>Un Verano Sin Ti<\/em><\/strong>. Other popular albums included <strong><em>30 <\/em>by Adele<\/strong> and <strong><em>RENAISSANCE<\/em> by\u00a0Beyonc\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the most popular bands right now on Deezer, <strong>Imagine Dragons<\/strong> came out on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A more niche award is Songcatch \u2013 a song that listeners couldn\u2019t get out of their heads in 2022.<strong> Eiffel 65\u2019s \u201cBlue (Da Ba Dee)\u201d<\/strong> was victorious, despite being released in 1998. The track was however sampled by David Guetta this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deezer also chose five <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/music-trends-2022-how-artists-can-stay-ahead-of-the-curve\/\">rising artists<\/a> tipped for the big time in 2023.
