iZotope has announced Audiolens – a new companion software for Ozone and Neutron. Audiolens is designed to make working with reference tracks much easier than before.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now, you can analyze any<\/em> track from streaming platforms and other music applications before sending that profile to iZotope’s Ozone & Neutron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users of iZotope\u2019s Ozone<\/a><\/strong><\/span> & Neutron software will find a lot of value in Audiolens. Referencing music is now a lot easier, and it’ll cost you nothing until November 22nd!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iZotope Audiolens<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Working with reference tracks while mixing and mastering gives you an idea of what you need to do to make your music sound how you want it to. Well, iZotope<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Audiolens is a stand-alone application that will analyze any audio you’re playing on your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rekkerd<\/a><\/strong><\/span> reports that Audiolens can analyze audio from a streaming platform, the music library on your computer, and even another source. Furthermore, Audiolens analyzes the\u00a0loudness,\u00a0equalization,\u00a0dynamics, and\u00a0stereo width\u00a0of the audio signal and then creates a reference profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And any references you analyze and save will immediately display in iZotope Ozone 10 or Neutron 4! As a result, setting up Ozone’s smart mastering assistant is dramatically easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll need to press “Capture<\/strong>” in the Audiolens application while a track is playing. The software will analyze up to 3.5 minutes of audio, and then you can save the curated profile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then you can fire up the master assistant in Ozone and the assistant will do the rest for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, you could analyze single audio tracks like a synth or guitar clip and send that profile to iZotope’s Neutron 4 mixing plugin. In this scenario, Neutron’s AI assistant can help you match the tone of your audio with the profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
