Not everyone with a TikTok account can make a playlist of their videos. But if you can see the option on your profile under the video tab, you\u2019re one of the chosen ones!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/how-do-you-make-playlists-on-tiktok.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-91924 lazyload\" width=\"504\" height=\"383\"\/><figcaption><em>Image Credit: <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jonah_manzano\/status\/1531981941829840896\/photo\/1\">Jonah Manzano via Tw<\/a><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jonah_manzano\/status\/1531981941829840896\/photo\/1\"><em>itter<\/em><\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/10-ways-to-be-successful-as-a-musician-on-tiktok\/\">TikTok <\/a>recently announced that creators with over 10,000 followers will be able to have access to the playlist feature on the <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/10-top-tips-for-musicians-using-social-media\/\">social media<\/a> app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Making a playlist of your videos on TikTok keeps viewers locked onto your profile for longer. <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/how-to-claim-my-spotify-artists-account\/\">Artists <\/a>could show off more of their music and spread out engagement beyond any TikToks that may have gone viral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>How to make playlists on TikTok<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two ways to make a TikTok playlist out of your public content on <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/a-viral-tiktok-song-can-change-your-music-career\/\">TikTok<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To create a playlist from your profile on the TikTok app:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Head to <strong>Profile <\/strong>at the bottom right<\/li><li>To make your first playlist, Go to <strong>Videos <\/strong>> <strong>Sort videos into playlists<\/strong> \u2013 alternatively, tap the <strong>+ <\/strong>by your existing playlists<\/li><li>Give your playlist a name, and add videos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To create a playlist directly from a video on TikTok:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Choose the video you want to create a playlist from. It has to be a public video.<\/li><li>To the right of the video, hit the three-dot icon. Each video can only be in one playlist at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To add to playlist from a TikTok video:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Bring up the chosen video, which must be a public <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/how-to-post-a-tiktok-story\/\">TikTok<\/a><\/li><li>Press and hold on the video, or hit the three dots to the right of the video<\/li><li>Tap <strong>Add to playlist<\/strong> and choose which playlist<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To add to a playlist when first making a video:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>After creating a video, tap <strong>Add to playlist<\/strong> on the <strong>Post <\/strong>screen.
