So, is it fair to say the new M2 MacBooks will be bigger music production workhorses than previous models?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>13<\/strong>&#8221; M2 MacBook Air <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/macbook-air-m2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">M2 MacBook Air<\/a><\/strong><\/span> offers an 18% performance increase compared to the M1 chip in addition to the\u00a024 GB of unified memory provided by the M2 chipset. Weighing in at just 1.24 kg and 1.13cm thin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And a mini-jack\u00a0output is also back too. In somewhat of a plot twist, this headphone jack supports <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/how-to-choose-studio-headphones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>high-impedance headphones<\/strong><\/a><\/span> too! Finally, Touch\u00a0ID allows you to access your computer faster with a secure login and make purchases faster too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two Thunderbolt ports allow for fast data transfer as you move samples around, faster charging in addition to video output for additional monitors too.
