But 6 months in and Jay Z&#8217;s premium streaming service is holding its own against competition.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst it may not seem much in comparison to leading rivals it&#8217;s still a positive start for Tidal in the streaming landscape where all but Spotify are fighting to stay relevant.<\/p>\n<p>Tidal relaunched itself in March after Jay Z bought WiMP streaming service. This referring to a special concert in Brooklyn, New York on October 20th to celebrate.
