Authorizing a new device for <a href=\"http:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/how-to-get-your-music-on-amazon-music-unlimited-for-free\/\">Amazon Music<\/a> is simple, but there\u2019s a few things you should know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>How to register a device on Amazon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For devices such as iPhones and Amazon Fire TV Sticks, once you\u2019ve downloaded the Prime Music app, sign in to your Amazon Prime account. You may then be asked to confirm your identity by filling in a code sent to an email or telephone number. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>How to manage authorized devices on Amazon Music<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A device is anything you download music to \u2013 so your iPhone, Kindle, and so on. Each new device will need to be authorized, and can only be authorized to one account at a time. Head to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/music\/settings\">Your Amazon Music Settings<\/a> to manage your devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/amazon-music-offering-exclusive-artist-merch-on-artist-pages\/\">Amazon Music<\/a> user can have <strong>up to 10 devices<\/strong> registered to their account. You can move devices between accounts whenever you want, just make sure to deauthorize them from the first account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>Do I have to authorize every Amazon Music device?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use a browser to stream and buy from Amazon Music, you don\u2019t have to authorize the device you\u2019re using.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>What if I have more than 10 devices for Amazon?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you hit the limit of more than <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/is-it-possible-to-listen-to-amazon-music-unlimited-on-more-than-one-phone\/\">10 devices connected to your Amazon Music account<\/a>, you\u2019ll need to deauthorize one to replace it with your new device.
