It\u2019s safe to say <a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/playlist\/37i9dQZF1DX4VkTBdvsYXu?si=47f1a34716e84adf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2018Certified Lover Boy\u2019<\/a> is an extremely successful album release.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanye West\u2019s &#8216;Donda&#8217; launched with 313,000 album-equivalent units and <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/drake-becomes-first-artist-to-surpass-50-billion-spotify-streams\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Drake<\/a> came through with almost double that number, with more than 595,000 album-equivalent units. The bulk of Drake\u2019s first-week total came from streaming services, which amassed 680 million plays.
