The students will be given the opportunity to work on solutions for global companies including <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/independent-distributors-awal-have-just-been-sold-to-major-label-sony-music\/\">Sony Music<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/upload-music-to-youtube\/\">YouTube Music<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course is an intense training experience in <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/audio-tech-giants-native-instruments-and-izotope-join-together-to-form-new-music-tech-group\/\">music tech<\/a> innovation, and global business problem solving. Students must solve seven real challenges from the global music world, in order to gain a deeper understanding of how business models in the music ecosystem interconnect and how they link with <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/is-tiktok-the-future-of-the-music-industry\/\">other industries<\/a> beyond the music sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IMB International Music Business School said: \u201cOur goal is to empower a fresh new generation of innovative leaders for the blossoming music sector. The resolution of strategic challenges is usually postponed in major companies\u2019 agendas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The fact that for the first time this process could be outsourced to highly motivated students or professionals, with a solid understanding of the music business, means the music sector is open to innovative solutions from fresh minds and committed to talent development.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates don\u2019t have to have experience in the music sector, but they should have experience in related areas. This could include: <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/10-seo-marketing-tips-music-artists\/\">Marketing,<\/a> data analytics, legal affairs, business management, project and product management, people management, communications, or content creation and distribution. They need to have applied to the Challenges module, IMB School\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbschool.eu\/en\/master-music-business-innovation-online\/\">Masters<\/a> or Advanced Masters in Music Business Innovation, or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbschool.eu\/en\/postgraduate-diploma-music-business-innovation-online\/\">Postgraduate Diploma in Music Business Innovation<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/ifpi-and-bmat-launch-soundsys-a-distribution-system-for-performance-rights-revenue-collection\/\">BMAT Music Innovators<\/a> recently helped to launch the first international chart system of streaming data in India, <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/indian-music-industry-top-20-singles-chart\/\">the IMI International Top 20 Singles Chart.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The talent scholarships have two application deadlines \u2013 the first is August 22 for Master&#8217;s students and the second round closes on October 10 2021 for Postgraduate students.
