While Square has been booming in recent years with two core products Square Seller and Cash App, TIDAL is thought to be struggling against competitors such as Spotify and Apple Music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TIDAL was acquired by Jay-Z in 2015 for $56 million and owned by many other high-profile artists such as Beyonc\u00e9, Alicia Keys, Coldplay, Madonna and Rihanna. Since soon after its launch, <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/tidal-faked-stream-numbers-for-kanye-west-and-beyonce-says-investigation\/\" style=\"user-select: auto;\">TIDAL&#8217;s subscriber numbers have been largely unknown,<\/a> with many speculating this is due to small subscriber numbers.
