Steve Reich, arguably the best known minimalist composer to have ever lived would like you (not you specifically, but you know what I mean) to remix a movement from his award winning piece <em>Double Sextet 2&#215;5. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>The winning entry will receive a $500, a signed copy of the album <em>Sextet 2&#215;5, <\/em>and a signed score of the Pulitzer Prize winning <em>Double Sextet.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As wonderful as these prizes are, the mot exciting thing about this remix competition is that Steve will be judging it himself, and posting not just the winning entries but <strong>all <\/strong>entries on the competition&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>You can find out everything that you need to know about the competition by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indabamusic.com\/#!\/featured_programs\/show\/steve-reich-remix-contest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clicking here<\/a>.
