Your work is protected by copyright the moment you create something.<\/li><li><a style=\"user-select: auto;\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/3-wrn7BOK-Q\">Distributor<\/a> &#8211; That&#8217;s us! Your distributor will take your music, make sure it fits the stores guidelines and send it on its way.<\/li><li><a style=\"user-select: auto;\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/R1uxQrERZaQ\">FLAC<\/a> &#8211; A FLAC file is a uncompressed digital copy of your music at a much reduced size.<\/li><li><a style=\"user-select: auto;\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/X2FxjkpbmRA\">ISRC<\/a> &#8211; The ISRC is a unique code for your individual <em style=\"user-select: auto;\">tracks<\/em>. If you don&#8217;t already have one, we can create one for you, for free.<\/li><li><a style=\"user-select: auto;\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/APQaD_n3w9k\">Mechanical License<\/a> &#8211; This is what allows you to use another&#8217;s work in a cover.<\/li><li><a style=\"user-select: auto;\" href=\"http:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/think-your-metadatas-unimportant-think-again\/\">Metadata<\/a> &#8211; Metadata is everything about your release that isn&#8217;t the music. Artist name, release title, track title, genre, etc.<\/li><li><a style=\"user-select: auto;\" href=\"http:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/what-does-it-mean-to-pre-save-a-song-on-spotify\/\">Pre-Save<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; Pre-saving allows fans to save a release to their library before it goes public.
