For all you Chrome browsing internautes out there, Google have updated their browser with a great new tool for quickly controlling playback.<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n

Google have added a new button to Google Chrome browsers so that you can control whatever music or videos you’re playing from any tab. The new button in the top right corner, represented with a little list and music icon, opens up a small player with controls to pause, skip, or go back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ‘Media Hub’, as Google have called it, is part of a series of updates to make multi-tasking in Chrome easier and more functional. The feature was first rolled out to Chromebook last August. Now the feature has rolled out to the Chrome browser on all Windows, Mac and Linux systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Google said the media hub is: “Designed to minimize any disruptions to whatever you need to get done in your browser, the new media hub helps you to be more productive by bringing all your media notifications to one place and letting you manage each audio and video playback, without having to navigate any tabs.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
