The tool combines account insights with audience interests and Instagram trends to offer tailored suggestions, from video concepts to captions and audio. As <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2026\/09\/30\/instagram-rolls-out-an-ai-video-assistant-for-creators\/\">TechCrunch<\/a> reports, this includes views, follows, likes, shares and video retention, alongside comments, current trends and audience interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creators can use it to investigate why certain Reels attracted attention while others struggled, identify patterns across their content and explore ideas for future videos. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2273111\/meta-introduces-a-new-ai-assistant-for-its-instagram-creators\/\">Engadget<\/a> also reports that the assistant can suggest hooks, captions and audio suited to a creator\u2019s style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meta developed the feature with input from creators, who wanted help interpreting their analytics without handing over creative control.
