All 58 of Taylor Swift\u2019s official music videos are now available on Spotify as the platform continues to expand its music video offering.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Spotify announced<\/a> on the 16th of September that all 58 of Taylor Swift\u2019s official music videos are now available to Premium subscribers in its beta markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collection spans Swift\u2019s career, from \u201cTim McGraw\u201d to her latest videos, including \u201cOpalite\u201d. Fans can find a song on Spotify and tap \u201cSwitch to video\u201d to move from audio to the full music video without restarting the track. The feature is available across TV, desktop, iOS and Android, with landscape viewing available on mobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spotify has also brought back its Eras-themed play and pause animations, while an official playlist collects Swift\u2019s music videos in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a particularly notable addition to a catalogue where the visual side of each era has become almost as recognisable as the music itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spotify\u2019s video push continues<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Swift\u2019s arrival comes as Spotify continues building out its music video offering. The platform has been expanding access to full-length videos, allowing eligible artists to upload official music videos, live performances, studio sessions and covers through Spotify for Artists. Videos longer than 30 seconds can also earn royalties and may be eligible for charts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spotify says direct video uploads are still in beta<\/a>, with access being gradually rolled out to artists. Delivery through labels and distributors remains the primary route for audio and video content on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The change makes Spotify increasingly visual, rather than simply a place to listen to music. For fans, being able to move between a song and its video in the same app makes that experience more seamless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taylor Swift has already made an impact with Spotify video<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This isn\u2019t Spotify\u2019s first major Taylor Swift video moment this year. When \u201cOpalite\u201d was released in February, its music video initially launched exclusively on Spotify and Apple Music, with its YouTube release following two days later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strategy generated huge numbers on Spotify. As Digital Music News<\/a> reports, \u201cOpalite\u201d delivered the platform\u2019s biggest single-day streaming performance for a music video, making it another record-breaking moment for Swift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That earlier release also showed how the traditional music video rollout is starting to change. Rather than automatically putting a new video on YouTube first, Swift\u2019s team used Spotify and Apple Music as the initial destinations for \u201cOpalite\u201d. DMN describes the move as a potentially influential example of windowing video content – releasing it on selected platforms before making it more widely available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, with all 58 of Swift\u2019s official videos available on Spotify, the platform has a much more substantial visual catalogue to work with. It remains to be seen how widely strategies like this will be adopted, but Swift\u2019s rollout demonstrates that music videos are no longer necessarily tied to a single platform or release model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
