Edifier has unveiled the Huazai New Cyber speaker, a striking Bluetooth speaker that looks more like a gaming PC than a piece of audio gear. With its transparent shell, glowing RGB lighting, and exposed electronics, it\u2019s a dramatic step away from the usual minimalist designs and a showcase of how sound and style can merge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available in China for 1,499 yuan (around $210), the Huazai New Cyber<\/a> comes in two colour options – Aurora White and Phantom Black. There\u2019s no news yet on a global release, but the design has already drawn plenty of attention for its futuristic, tech-inspired look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As The Verge<\/a> described, \u201cWith RGB lighting, exposed electronics, and a full colour screen inside a transparent enclosure, Edifier\u2019s latest desktop accessory can easily be mistaken for a decked out gaming PC.\u201d The speaker\u2019s top section proudly displays its components, including a power module, signal processor, and braided cables, all arranged to resemble a gaming PC\u2019s internal layout. Five circular RGB lighting elements rotate in sync to create the illusion of cooling fans, giving the unit a dynamic, animated appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below the transparent display sits a 2.1 channel audio system with a 4-inch subwoofer, two 52mm mid-high drivers, and three passive radiators, producing a strong and balanced sound. It offers 60W continuous output and up to 120W peak power, powered by dual Class D amplifiers and a digital signal processor (DSP) for added clarity. Users can select from preset sound modes for music, movies, or gaming, or fine-tune their own settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The speaker also includes a 2.8-inch full-colour screen on the front, which can show custom text, wallpapers, or song lyrics. Judging by its features and from pictures, it’s by no means a small desktop speaker. However, the Huazai New Cyber makes a bold statement while proving its usefulness beyond just a speaker.
