Spotify<\/a> is once again fine-tuning the listening experience for its users. The platform now lets users exclude specific tracks from their Taste Profile<\/a>, giving even more control over recommendations.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Spotify, 81% of users say personalization is their favorite part of the app. So, it only makes sense that the platform is giving people more of what they love, and less of music they don\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until now, Spotify allowed users to exclude entire playlists from shaping their Taste Profile<\/a>. If you don\u2019t know, your Taste Profile essentially helps shape Spotify\u2019s recommendations for you- whether that\u2019s your Discovery Weekly playlist<\/a>, Spotify Wrapped<\/a>, or even what pops up on your Home Page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
