Anker’s new SoundCore Nebula X1 Pro isn’t just a projector, it’s a mobile movie theater and concert hall that all comes on wheels.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Anker unveiled their new Soundcore Nebula X1 Pro at IFA 2025 and it looks as though they’re trying to redefine what a portable projector can do. Building upon the. success of the Nebula X1, this is an all-in-one entertainment powerhouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nebula X1 Pro combines a stunning 4K laser projector with a fully-integrated, cinema-grade sound system. With a sound system that provides what Anker describes as “chest-thumping bass”, this projector promises to sound good enough to standalone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the original Nebula X1 earned high marks for its visual performance, the X1 Pro tackles a common gripe with projectors. Whilst many projectors now come with speakers, the audio quality often leaves a lot to be desired – particularly when watching high quality films in a cinematic experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entire Nebula X1 Pro is built around a powerful 160W subwoofer. The subwoofer is designed to float inside the chassis of the projector to prevent vibrations affecting the projected image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Soundcore Nebula X1 Pro delivers a 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound experience, a first for a portable projector. The system includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • A powerful 160W subwoofer<\/strong> for deep, resonant bass.<\/li>
  • Two foldable 80W soundbars<\/strong> that can be detached for optimal front-channel placement.<\/li>
  • Two 40W wireless satellite speakers<\/strong> for rear-channel audio, creating a truly immersive surround soundscape.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The upward-firing channels of the setup might be less effective outdoors. However, the system’s overall power and approach to standalone experience promises dynamism and quality, whether watching a film using the device as a speaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Beyond the audio, the Nebula X1 Pro inherits the qualities that made its predecessor so successful. The 4K triple-laser light source provides an exceptionally bright 3,500 ANSI lumens, which offers a vibrant and clear image even in well-lit environments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Other key visual features include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • An all-glass lens<\/strong> mounted on a motorized swivel for precise, easy adjustments.<\/li>
    • Optical zoom<\/strong> for a sharp image at various distances.<\/li>
    • Quiet operation<\/strong> to keep the focus on the content, not the device.<\/li>
    • Google TV<\/strong> for seamless access to all your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video.<\/li>
    • IP43 rating<\/strong> for protection against light rain and dust, making it perfect for outdoor movie nights.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The device will be heavy, coming in at a hefty 72.4 pounds. However, Anker assures customers that the X1 Pro remains portable thanks to a retractable handle and built-in wheels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
