One that\u2019s highly anticipated? You can now pin your favourite music to your Library.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That means no more endless scrolling through your playlists or albums. With pinning, your go-to tracks are always just a tap away.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>How to pin music on Apple Music<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019re on iOS 26, follow these simple steps to pin your favourite music:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Open Apple Music<\/li><li>Find the song, album, playlist, or artist you want to pin.<\/li><li>Long-press it to reveal the pin option<ul><li>Alternatively, tap the three dots next to an album or currently playing song.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Pin the music to your Library.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 and that\u2019s it. Just head back into your library and remove the pin the same way you added it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Other features the beta revealed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4>Pin up to six items<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In the iOS 26 beta, you can pin up to 6 different items <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2025\/06\/09\/apple-music-just-added-my-most-wished-for-feature-in-ios-26\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according to 9to5Mac<\/a>. That means you can pin a combination of whatever you want, whether it be albums, playlists, or artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Pinned widgets for added convenience<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside pinning the in library, iOS 26 is expected to add a <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/apple-announce-even-more-new-apple-music-features\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pinned music widget<\/a> to your Home screen. This lets you drop straight into your favourite songs or playlists right from your Home screen, adding an extra level of convenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Pinned music syncs across devices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pinned items don\u2019t just stay on your iPhone. <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/apple-music-beta-brings-new-features-to-android-ahead-of-ios-26-update\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Your pinned music should sync across devices<\/a> too, making it easy to find your favourites no matter the device.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As with any beta, the final details may differ slightly when iOS 26 launches today.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>More Apple Music updates in iOS 26<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pinning isn\u2019t the only thing landing with this update.
