Next, your music, podcast, video, or voice note is blasting through your car stereo, speaker, or another nearby device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auto-switching can be helpful, such as when you hop into your car and want your audio to follow. However, this isn\u2019t always the case and often catches people off guard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple\u2019s description of the feature reads:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>\u201cWhen using AirPods or other wireless headphones, keep audio with headphones when other devices like speakers or cars connect to iPhone\u201d.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3>The \u2018Keep Audio with Headphones\u2019 feature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With iOS 26, Apple is giving users the choice. The new \u2018Keep Audio with Headphones\u2019 toggle allows you to prevent your audio from auto-switching to other devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s off by default, but is simple to switch on.
