Trump told NBC\u2019s Kristen Welker he has a \u201cwarm spot\u201d for <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/can-i-add-my-music-to-tiktok-for-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TikTok<\/a>, seemingly owing a key part of his 2024 election success to the platform helping him attract young voters, especially as \u201cno Republican ever won young people\u201d before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>\u201cPerhaps I shouldn\u2019t say this, but I have a little warm spot in my heart for TikTok.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><cite>US President Donald Trump told <em>NBC<\/em>\u2019s Kristen Welker<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/tiktok-deadline-extended-again-us-deal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">current deadline<\/a> for ByteDance, TikTok\u2019s Chinese parent company, to divest its US operations is June 19.
