Across the year, revenues hit almost <strong>$3 billion<\/strong>, with an operating profit of <strong>$311 million<\/strong> (+32% YoY).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, this success comes as Ticketmaster faces intense scrutiny from fans and regulators due to soaring ticket prices. Driven by increased touring costs and additional promoter fees, ticket prices have risen<a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/uk-concert-ticket-prices-continue-to-soar-but-who-is-actually-benefiting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> 42% since the pandemic<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regulators have begun investigating these prices, with the UK\u2019s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) recently launching a probe into <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/dynamic-ticket-pricing-sparks-outrage-uk-government-investigation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ticketmaster\u2019s use of dynamic pricing<\/a> for Oasis\u2019 2025 reunion tour. Fans initially saw standing tickets at \u00a3135, only to find them rise to \u00a3355 due to demand-based pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ticket reselling also continues to be a major issue.
