Head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri has posted a new video explaining the importance of Stories as a means of engaging your followers.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In a new video, Adam Mosseri says posting Reels and carousels to Feed is a great way to maximise reach, as these formats can appear for new followers. Stories on the other hand, while they won’t help you reach non-followers, are a great way to engage with existing followers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Instagram, those who post to Stories often see fewer unfollowers than creators who don’t, which can lead to stronger growth over time. Mosseri says posting behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content tends to do best on Stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
