After a multi-year deal was signed, international superstar Pitbull will soon start livestreaming paid events and vodcasts with the help of livestreaming and on-demand media platform LiveXLive.

With the pandemic continuing to cancel and postpone gigs around the world, Pitbull becomes the latest artist to embrace online streaming via a partnership with LiveXLive. Pitbull will live stream four weekly concerts from the 12 September for $9.99 per stream. Revenue will be generated through ticket sales as well as VIP, merchandise, meet & greets and subscriptions.

Streams will be available on the LiveXLive site and apps. Video podcasts will be distributed through LiveXLive owned platform PodcastOne.

Pre-lockdown, LiveXLive had already gained over 1.2 million monthly users for their live music events.
