Apple Music, TV+ and News+ bundle confirmed by Apple?
Apple may have accidentally confirmed the existence of an incoming bundle of their subscription services Apple Music, TV+ and News+.
Rumours regarding a bundle of Apple’s subscription services began in November 2019 in a report from Bloomberg. Code has been found in Apple’s latest beta referring to ‘bundle offer’ and ‘bundle subscription, showing that they are at least looking into adding a bundle option in the future.
Apple subscription services are priced as follows:
- Apple Music: $9.99/month
- Apple News+: $9.99/month
- Apple TV+: $4.99/month
The bundle will likely come at a reduced price of around $19.99/month.
This comes as Apple adds audio to their News+ service, making it more appealing to podcast listeners, a huge and growing market.
There is one excluded Apple subscription service, Apple Arcade. This may be due to Apple targeting a different demographic between Apple Arcade and News+.
Note, nothing is officially confirmed until Apple publicly announce such a bundle.
