YouTube Paid Subscriptions Could Be a Good Revenue Stream for Artists

There have been a lot of reports this morning about YouTube launching a Paid Subscriptions option for partners. They havent announced what partners are onboard or what the exact pricing model will be, but it is going to be very interesting to see if YouTube can grow into a TV network.

Paid subscriptions could be a great option for artists to launch new content. Eg. If you signup to Lady Gagas’ channel for $1.00 per month you get access to behind the scenes videos before anyone else in the world. Just an idea 😉
