Users of the new Pixel Buds are reporting Bluetooth issues, resulting in audio cutouts.

Google’s 2020 Pixel Buds are thought to be the Android equivalent to AirPods. Truly wireless earbuds, with easy connection and Google Assistant makes them a great set for music and calls.

Unfortunately many users are experiencing a variety of connection issues according to posts on Google support forums and Reddit. Reports are being made of audio cutouts and disconnections of individual or both earbuds.

Users are still experiencing problems after a firmware update and even replacement pairs aren’t always a fix. Hopeful a future software update will fix the issue, otherwise we may see Google issue a recall.
