Take your favourite music and podcasts on Pandora to Instagram Stories

Pandora and Instagram you’re listening to a great track or a particularly special podcast and you need to share it with the world.

This week Pandora added more options for you to tell your friends what you’re listening to so they can join the party. Now it’s as simple as a click to share songs, albums, podcasts, playlists and even Pandora stations to your Instagram Story so friends and followers can easily and freely listen on Pandora.

The feature is currently rolling out to a select number of Pandora users but will be rolled out widely to everyone over the next few weeks. To share anything from Pandora to your Instagram Stories simply tap ‘Share’ and then ‘Instagram Stories’ whilst you’re on the Now Playing page.

You can customise a special Cover Art card to make it look how you want on your Story. Customise it even further with text and stickers to give it that personal touch when you want to entice people in to listen to what you’re sharing.

When friends and fans see your story they can press ‘Play on Pandora’ to go straight to Pandora and listen. Once there they can browse Pandora’s entire library in a free session for a limited time streaming unlimited, on-demand music after a short ad.

As Pandora say: “Nothing brings people together like sharing great music (and podcasts), and now all Pandora users can share their favorites with friends through Instagram Stories and spread the joy!”
