He was actually pretty excited that someone knew what Grooveshark was. (I'm sure startups get tired of telling folks what exactly their service is/does and getting blank looks from non-users - albeit it is their job). All in all - it was great to meet the dude - and seriously nice to hear them talking about wanting to promote the music makers - helping them be independent of labels. He was hardly mauled. (I’m sure startups get tired of telling folks what exactly their service is/does and getting blank looks from non-users – albeit it is their job). All in all – it was great to meet the dude – and seriously nice to hear them talking about wanting to promote the music makers – helping them be independent of labels.
