Now, nearly 30 years later, buoyed by the successful RATM Facebook Campaign that saw Simon Cowell's dominance over the Xmas number one slot broken, fans attemp to put right what they consider to be one of the biggest injustices in British pop music history. In the spirit of providing a proper chart race, a rival group to place the infamous Joe Dolce track 'Shaddap You Face' back at number one in the same week has also started, with presence from Joe Dolce himself. With support from the likes of Jonathan Ross who has proclaimed support for the campaign on Twitter, as well as STV local news getting in on the act, momentum is building fast.
